Platform baseline complete 12 Jul 2026: split + Next 15/React 19 + Next 16.2.10 LTS all in production. Beta-exit blockers "monolith" and "EOL framework" both cleared. Remaining beta-exit path now runs through Batch 1 (stability bugs) and Batch 2 (security/cost) — see handover roadmap.
